Relaxation Skills


Available for individuals who are having difficulty with daily functioning but not yet ready or able to attend an intensive treatment center.  I offer an intensive weekend treatment that is especially useful for  students, working individuals, and those without providers in their geographical area that cannot take time during the week to come to treatment.

We will generally meet 2 hours per day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday with followup sessions through videoconferencing.

        6 - 8 Session Anxiety Management Program.
Great for Generalized Anxiety or Life Transitions.

Walk The Talk is a fee for service practice. This means that your therapist receives full payment at the time of service. You will receive a statement for each treatment session provided. This statement will have the necessary codes that will allow you to submit your treatment to your insurance company should you choose to access your out of network insurance benefits.
